With a fresh new look and feel, the app was simplified on the front-end and reimagined on the back-end, making it easier for customers to send and track parcel deliveries, along with the ability to easily find an address or an NZ Post nearby. NV was engaged as an agency partner to deliver the app, adopting an agile development approach and utilising the versatile React Native framework.

The refreshed mobile app is now better than ever, providing customers with better visibility, parcel management and the confidence that they’ll never miss a parcel delivery again.
