Whether you’re after a swim, a workout, sports or a bit of fun, Ōtautahi Christchurch’s growing network of Recreation and Sport Centres is for everyone. Do it your way – with key locations across the city, we make it easier for more people to be more active, more often.
To help the Council achieve its goal of creating happier, healthier people and better connected communities in Ōtautahi, we worked closely with them to develop a self-service website platform for their Recreation and Sport Centres.
This website is a critical touchpoint for people, and makes it easy to join, book, pay and access services online.
At the heart of the concept was our shared vision of a welcoming and easy-to-use customer experience for people with a range of backgrounds and abilities.
The result is a huge step forward, and means that as the Council expands the services and facilities on offer, it can bring every customer along on the journey – in a way that suits them.
