You’ll have the chance to identify new revenue opportunities, lead sales proposals, and contribute to the growth of the business. If you’re passionate about client relationships and project delivery, this could be the perfect role for you! It's about people rather than a perfect Gantt chart!

- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and making sure their needs are met with smart, design-led solutions
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and beyond client expectations
- Strengthen client relationships by adding value, identifying new opportunities and finding ways to grow and collaborate
- Work closely with the Project Director and studio leads to help shape project scopes, timelines and deliverables
- Stay ahead of challenges by identifying risks early, managing scope changes effectively and keeping communication open and transparent
- Contribute to financial forecasting and reporting, providing visibility on revenue potential and pipeline growth
- Represent NV professionally at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
Your day might look like:
You’ll work closely with our team to keep projects on track, making sure deliverables and timelines are managed smoothly. You’ll stay ahead of any potential challenges, solving problems before they become issues. Throughout the day, you’ll connect with clients, checking in to make sure they’re getting the best from us and building strong, lasting relationships. You’ll also play a key role in identifying new opportunities, helping to grow client accounts and contributing to the continued success of NV as a leading digital agency in Aotearoa.
General requirements for the role:
- Proven experience in client management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships
- Ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial forecasting and reporting is a plus.
We can offer you:
- A supportive and inclusive culture that puts people at the heart of everything we do
- A varied and interesting flow of work across multiple clients and sectors
- A talented senior team with diverse skill sets across the digital spectrum
- A high-profile studio located on the edge of the central city
- The opportunity for travel to support client and team collaboration
- A great work environment that requires a good sense of humour
- Our own in-house café to grab an espresso or cold drink.
How to apply:
If you are ready to take on an exciting challenge and be part of a talented team, we want to hear from you! If you don’t tick all these boxes but are still awesome, we want to hear from you.
